1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:
   •    The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
   •    All tags and labels are intact
   •    The request is made within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery
   •    You provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the package and product

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
   •    Innerwear
   •    Shorts
   •    Track pants (if worn or washed)
   •    Sale/offer items
   •    Any item damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
   1.    Contact us within 48 hours with your order details.
   2.    Share clear photos and unboxing video showing the issue (wrong product, damage, defect).
   3.    Our team will review and approve/reject the request.
   4.    Once approved, you must ship the item back to us securely.
   5.    After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange.

Note: Return courier charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product delivered is wrong or defective.

4. Refund Policy

A. When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
   •    Wrong product delivered
   •    Damaged or defective product delivered
   •    Product unavailable/out of stock after payment

B. Refund Method

Refunds are processed in 3–7 business days after approval and product inspection.

Refunds will be issued via:
   •    Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
   •    Bank transfer / UPI (for COD orders)

C. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:
   •    Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
   •    Tags are missing
   •    Wrong size ordered by customer
   •    Color difference due to lighting/screen display
   •    Customer changes mind after delivery

5. Exchange Policy
   •    Exchange is available only for size issues (if stock is available).
   •    If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
   •    Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy
   •    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
   •    Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
   •    Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 2–5 business days.
